Specifications include, but are not limited to: Anticipated Project Tasks: 1. Research, evaluate, and baseline the current usage, needs, and supply of broadband communications assets, products, and services in the County. Identify unserved, underserved, and served areas through a range of efforts and methodologies 2. Assess the County’s current state of broadband access availability in relation to the baseline service identified in ARPA and any associated federal infrastructure funding legislation and identify gaps in broadband availability. 3. Assess the potential implementation and operational relationships with any public, private, and membership-owned companies in the service area and with publicly and privately funded networks as suitable for interconnection. 4. Determine the economic and community impact of broadband issues within Seminole County. This should include an evaluation of key issues limiting broadband expansion and a phased, prioritized approach to broadband expansion.
