Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide appropriately equipped and well-trained certified and/or licensed Security guards per the specifications for the protection of USFP employees, the general public, and the property. USFP reserves the right to add additional buildings as required. These buildings will be charged at the same established hourly rate for the USFP. Ensure that Security guards properly carry out the primary duty of safeguarding the USFP employees, students, the general public, and the property. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material and equipment necessary to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor hereby warrants that all services shall be performed in accordance with ITN specifications and negotiated terms. Contractor shall comply with the USFP s regulations, policies, and procedures including those relating to hazardous materials and other environmental health and safety issues
