Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dania Beach, Florida (the "City") is requestingsealed Responses from certified, licensed, qualified and experienced Security Companies(the "Respondent"), to provide security services at City Hall properties. The hours willbe as follows:a. eight (8) hours per day Monday through Friday, andb. seven (7) days per week in the evenings hours may vary during the days andin the evenings.The properties for which services are to be provided are as follows:1.City Hall, 100 West Dania Beach Boulevard2.Paul DeMaio Library, adjacent to City Hall3.Municipal Parking Garage site, adjacent to City Hall and4.Nyberg-Swanson House (City s Parks and Recreation AdministrativeBuilding) located directly across from City Hall on the north side ofWest Dania Beach Boulevard.Services shall also include the following:2.1a.weekly reports as requested or needed by City staffb.electronic verification of patrolsc.minor assistance in customer service andd.bring to the attention of the Community Development Director anymaintenance issues on any secured properties.
