Specifications include, but are not limited to: Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking Responses from Vendors capable of providing Security Officer Services at each of the leased office space locations in Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Tampa, temporarily manning Catastrophe Operations sites and escorting/securing the deployed Emergency Response Vehicles as needed during catastrophe events. Provide Citizens facilities, employees and visitors with excellent security services. To award to a Vendor that brings technical and operational expertise to ensure a timely, smooth implementation of the services with minimal risk. During the term of the prospective contract, allow Citizens to add/remove facilities and/or security officer services as the business needs change. Establish a contract that meets all the requirements of this ITN, as negotiated. Establish a contract that contains all performance measures and other controls sufficient to ensure Vendor provides excellent services throughout the term of the contract. Establish a cost effective contract that meets the objectives of this ITN.
