Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide uniformed trained armed and unarmed Security Guard Services throughout City facilities on an as needed basis. Services to include, but not be limited to: entry and egress access control, roving patrols of interior and exterior building areas, guarding of commercial property (I.E., City Hall and other City facilities), visitor and building employee identification verification, crowd control, prevention of unauthorized access to restricted areas, enforcing of City building/facility policies, rules, and safety regulations, and other duties as required to maintain effective and efficient security. Additional services may include providing assistance, directions, answer questions, and otherwise serve as a central or visible source of information for employees, customers, visitors, and bidders. Security personnel may be required to maintain records of security matters such as access logs, incident reports, staffing schedules, security checklists, and reporting paperwork as assigned by the City.
