Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Community Services Department (CSD), Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP), hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient,” invites proposals from qualified governmental and non-profit entities, hereinafter referred to as the “Proposer,” to provide servicesto persons with HIV. Services to be contracted include Core Medical Services: AIDS Pharmaceutical Assistance, Early Intervention Services, Health Insurance Premium and Cost-Sharing Assistance for Low-Income Individuals, , Medical Case Management (including Treatment Adherence Services), , Mental Health Services, Oral Health Care, Outpatient/Ambulatory Health Services (plus Laboratory Diagnostic Testing and Specialty Outpatient Medical Care) and Support Services: Emergency Financial Assistance, Emergency Financial Assistance-Emergency Medication, Food Bank/Home Delivered Meals, Nutritional Supplements, Emergency Housing, Medical Transportation, NonMedical Case Management Services, Other Professional Services-Legal Services, Psychosocial Support Services.
