Road Base Repairs / Heavy Milling Repairs 5.4.1. Reference FDOT Standard Specifications Section 334 SUPERPAVE ASPHALTIC CONCRETE. 5.4.2. Full depth milling repairs shall be provided to areas of roadway with failed base. 5.4.2. County shall mark all areas for base repairs with white and pink paint. 5.4.3. Marked areas shall be milled to provide square or rectangular shaped repairs to a depth of six (6) inches and replaced with six (6) inches of Type SP 12.5 asphaltic concrete in three (3), two (2) inch lifts. 5.4.4.
