The Town of Farragut seeks professional services from qualified property acquisition and appraisal firms to support a roadway improvement project at Virtue Road and Boyd Station Road. The project encompasses grading, paving, signage, and intersection enhancements, requiring the acquisition of Right of Way, permanent drainage easements, slope easements, and construction easements across approximately 23 tracts. To accomplish these tasks, the Town will select three separate firms, each responsible for one of the following key property acquisition functions: • Appraisal Preparation: Develop property appraisals and market data brochures for necessary acquisitions. • Appraisal Review: Review and validate the appraisals prepared for Right of Way acquisitions. • Property Owner Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with property owners, including associated closing activities, to secure the required property interests.
