• City of Lakeland Resurfacing Project Requirements: In order not to impact facility operations, this resurfacing project will need to be performed in sets of 2 courts at the time. Once one (1) set of two (2) courts gets fully completed, the contractor will be able to start the next set and so on. • Any grass and landscaping damaged at the project site by Contractor shall be repaired to City of Lakeland Standards. • A staging site will be supplied for parking of equipment, workman parking, for storing materials and supplies and for debris containers. The staging site must be adequately protected from any potential damage caused of any kind. • All areas are to be kept safe for workers and residents. Contractor is responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions in accordance with all safety laws and regulations at the project site. Appropriate construction signage with penalties for trespass of non-construction visitors are to be posted. Must protect work site with appropriate measures. • All material and products shall be mixed and applied in strict conformance to the manufacturer's instructions or the requirements of the specifications, whichever requirements are more stringent. All processes, systems, and procedures shall be executed in strict conformance to the manufacturer's instructions, the highest industry standards, or the specifications, whichever requirements are more stringent. • Contractor will be allowed to use tennis court restrooms.
