Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Construction Mobilization Restoration Work (See “Technical Specs” on Sheet 3 of the plan set for additional specifications): Pressure wash outside of the building, including the concrete slab areas under the breezeways. Paint inside and outside of the building with exterior semi-gloss beige paint with dark brown accented doors and trim. Replace the supply lines to the existing sinks and toilets. Re-wire/replace entire existing electrical system. Thoroughly clean the inside of the restrooms. Re-hang the restrooms signs next to the doors on the outside of the building Remove, replace, and relocate the existing electric meter. Install a new breaker box with breakers and tie the new electric into the new break box. Remove and replace the existing flat roof with modified bitumen system and re-install lightening protection. Remove and replace drip edge of entire roof. Remove and replace damaged fascia as needed. Install new water fountain and tie into existing tap. Remove and replace fire extinguisher and cover. Remove and replace door with knob and lock. Storage Enclosure (See Exhibit A -Plan set, technical specs on page #3 for additional specifications): Enclose existing covered concrete slabs with metal wall panels, metal framing, and trim. Fasten to existing metal columns and concrete block wall. Install roll-up garage doors.
