Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department is seeking innovative solutions from qualified vendors to provide residential substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health services within Judicial Circuits 1, 2, 5, 9, 10, 13, and 20. The vendor shall provide a program designed to provide residential services to Offenders utilizing a therapeutic community model. The services required include, but are not limited to, a substance use disorder Intensive Treatment Component (ITC), substance use disorder Employment/Re-entry Component (ERC), and other services as outlined in EXHIBIT A and identified in the Vendor’s response to this RFQ. The Contractor shall provide all services using a Trauma-Informed Care Approach.
