The Department is seeking innovative solutions from qualified vendors to provide residential substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health services within Florida Judicial Circuit 15. The vendor shall provide a program designed to provide residential services to Offenders utilizing a therapeutic community model. The services required include, but are not limited to, a substance use disorder Intensive Treatment Component (ITC), substance use disorder Employment/Re-entry Component (ERC); The Contractor shall provide all services using a Trauma-Informed Care Approach. Mandatory Service Site Location Requirements; Must be located within Palm Beach County, Florida; Special Needs: Bilingual Staff (English and Spanish) and staff to accommodate hearingimpaired offenders.
