The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified firms for Residential Environmental Services for Federal and State Funded Housing and Community Service Programs with multiple firms for Residential Environmental Services firms to determine the extent of environmental contaminants in residential homes and to prepare appropriate remediation plans for each project. Services include inspection for lead, asbestos, mold, and other environmental contaminants. The city will accept proposals from licensed professionals with required expertise to provide services requested, including but not limited to, mold inspection, lead inspectors, asbestos inspectors and other environmental specialists as outline in the RFP. for the Community Services Department in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services for the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP).
