The ELC of Hillsborough County is seeking an individual or institute to provide: Coordination of evaluations for summer boost, health services, and literacy programming. o Coordinate the development of research proposals, review research protocols, and ensuring that the projects adhere to scientific and ethical standards. Presentation and summary statistics for each of the program evaluations listed above. If applicable ensure the communication with Institutional Review Board (IRB). Ensure the evaluation participants provide consent to participate in focus groups, surveys, etc. Review ELCHC protocols to ensure confidentiality of data gathered during the evaluations list above
