Scope of Services Intent: The intent of this solicitation is to select a successful BIDDER: (a) Provide and install five (5) new Commercial Split-System HVAC Units as replacements for five (5) existing Commercial Split-System HVAC Units. Project requires removal and disposal of five (5) existing in-use Commercial Split-System HVAC Units; and the Provision and Installation of five (5) new Commercial Split-System HVAC Units. (b) Provide and install new Return Air Dampers with actuators for four (4) different existing Commercial Split-System HVAC Units. NOTE: All HVAC systems referenced in this solicitation are in-use at the County’s Hart Memorial Central Library location: 211 East Dakin Avenue, Kissimmee, Florida 34741.
