Work consists of performing all tasks, specifically required and incidental, which are not identified under separate Work Item (WI) designation in the Technical Specifications, but necessary to perform the work identified in this project. This work includes, but is not limited to the following items: Project Mobilization, Concrete Shores and Reshores, Concrete Reinforcement, Temporary Signage, Owner's Contingency, Floor Surface Preparation, Concrete Floor Repair, Concrete Ceiling Repair, Concrete Beam and Joist Repair, Concrete Column Repair, Concrete Wall Repair, Precast Tee Beam Repair, Expansion Joint Repair and Replacement, Crack and Joint Repair, Protective Sealer, Traffic Topping, Mechanical Drainage, Signage, Connections/Bearings, Doors and Windows, Painting and Miscellaneous.
