Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization, confined space access and by-passing sewerage flows, removal and disposal of existing mechanically attached and spray applied liner materials, removal of concrete debris, removal and replacement of benches, floors, inverts, etc., water leak stoppage, surface preparation by hydroblasting or abrasive blasting, repairs to concrete and rebar structures, pre-treatment of exposed metals, application and build up to the inside of the structure with a cementitious epoxy material, coating concrete surfaces with a multi-part polymorphic resin, removal and replacement of interior lift station piping, and other related mechanical and structural repairs and/or services related to the repair and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes and lift stations. The City anticipates an estimated sixty-five (65) manholes, and ten (10) lift stations will be repaired each year of the initial term of the contract, subject to available funding and/or other limiting factors.
