Provide (13) 125 cu. ft. and (9) 750 cu. ft. CO2 tanks on a rental basis as per the agreed terms and conditions. Deliver the CO2 tanks to designated locations as specified by the Parks and Recreation Division. Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park Aquatic Center owns two (2) tanks (delivery only) and will only require rental for (2) 125 cu backups. Ensure that all tanks are properly inspected, certified, and compliant with safety standards before delivery. Tank Refilling and Maintenance Regularly inspect and maintain the CO2 tanks to ensure they are in safe and working condition. Provide timely CO2 refills as per the agreed schedule or on-demand requests. Maintain records of tank maintenance, inspection, and refilling activities. Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines for the handling, storage, and transportation of CO2. Ensure that all tanks are equipped with appropriate safety devices and labels. Customer Support Maintain open communication with the Parks and Recreation Division and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues. Offer technical support and expertise related to CO2 tanks and their applications. Reporting Provide regular reports to the Parks and Recreation Division detailing the status of CO2 tanks, usage, refills, and maintenance activities.
