I. Replace existing doors and frames at the exterior entrance of restrooms with (2) open ornamental aluminum gates to swing outside on both men's and women's restrooms. (Note: This may require the installation of new frames to receive gates). This includes all hardware such as (2) one-way locking hardware keyed to Parks "common" key and door closers. II. Pressure wash the exterior of the building including block, siding, trim and doors. III. Paint southwest facing front wall of building only. This includes removing all loose paint, patching any holes or cracks, and washing walls, doors and door frames before painting. IV. Replace existing side on the southwest facing front wall. • Both Men's & Women's Restrooms I. Professionally clean all restroom fixtures, walls, ceiling and trim. II. Paint all walls, ceilings, doors and door frames in both the men's and women's restrooms. This includes removing all loose paint, patching any holes or cracks, and washing walls, ceiling, doors and door frames before painting. III. Supply and install wood trim boards on ceiling. This includes caulking the trim. IV. Supply and install (2) stainless steel baby changing stations. V. Supply and install (4) hand dryers to replace existing ones in (2) men's restroom and (2) women's restroom. VI. Supply and install (2) 36" grab bars, stainless steel in ADA stall in men's and women's restroom. VII. Supply and install (2) stainless steel robe/coat hooks in ADA stall in men's and women's restroom. VIII. Supply and install (2) 12 gal. stainless steel surface mount trash cans. IX. Supply labor materials and labor to relocate (2) toilet tissue dispensers in new ADA stalls to 8" to the centerline of the dispenser from the front of the toilet. This includes patching/repairing the tile wall. X. Supply and install (4) soap dispensers to replace existing ones in both men's and women's restrooms. XI. Supply and install (2) ADA tactile signs outside both men's and women's restrooms on the concrete block to replace existing. XII. Supply and install (2) exhaust fans to replace existing ones in the men's and women's restrooms to turn on when the lights are turned on. XIII. Straighten any crooked toilets in men's and women's restrooms. XIV. Supply and install insulation for all exposed pipes in men's and women's restrooms. XV. Supply and install (8) lights to replace lights in men's and women's restrooms.
