Room 140 will be altered to accommodate separate entry and exist points for admin and patients. All modifications to the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection MEP/FP design systems will correlate with existing facility components.This is a Design-Build project to renovate B1601 for Drug Demand Reduction (DDR) Facility with a period of performance of 360 days, with 120 days for construction documents and 240 calendar days for construction, from date of Notice to Proceed receipt.
