Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove existing Clarifier Drive, clean, and deliver to location designated by Owner. This includes, but is not limited to, unwiring and rewiring gear drive motor and torque mechanism.; 2. Obtain new or rebuilt Clarifier Drive from Owner and install.; 3. Make designated repairs to clarifier collector mechanism and other system components. See Appendix 1 for parts that will have to be replaced. Cameron Young with Moss Kelly is the sales rep for the Wes Tech parts (407) 805-0063. The contractor is responsible for purchasing the new parts, removing the old parts, and installing the new parts.; 4. Clean, prepare and coat interior concrete tank walls and catwalk.; 5. Clean prepare and coat clarifier collector mechanism and other steel components within tank.; 6. Level weirs and scum baffles.; 7. Adjust alignment between skimmer arms, weirs and scum baffles to prevent any damage from skimmer arm hitting weirs or scum baffles.; 8. Remove and replace clarifier stairs, walkway, and handrails as needed.; 9. Replace scum skimmer assemblies, new parts, and squeegees.; 10. Obtain all required permits for this project.; 11. Providing pump to remove water accumulating in the bottom of the basin that isn’t captured by the floor drain.
