1.0 General Requirements: • 1.1 Provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to professionally refinish approximately 141,400 square feet (70,700 SF per side) of the Main concourse traffic coating at Raymond James Stadium. The square footage includes all main concourse restrooms (17,760 SF), twelve (12) emergency stair landings (4,650 sq ft) and six (6) Premium Area Smoking Decks (6,750 sq ft) • 1.2 Install owner provided durable, non-skid, flexible, waterproofing traffic coating system with excellent UV, chemical, and wear resistance, and near seamless repairability. • 1.3 Perform all work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and industry’s best practices. • 1.4 Coordinate with Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) and their representatives to minimize disruption and facilitate facility usage. • 1.5 Complete all work by April 17, 2026 (HARD DEADLINE), with multiple mobilizations/de-mobilizations due to event schedule. • 1.6 Normal working hours are 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Any work outside these hours is possible (even encouraged) but requires prior approval from TSA. • 1.7 TSA will provide a schedule of space availability. (See Sect 7.0 Available Working Days). 2.0 Contractor Responsibilities: Unless specified otherwise they shall include, but are not limited to: • 2.1 Demolition and Surface Preparation: To ensure maximum adhesion and bonding direct to concrete - remove existing coatings down to bare, sound concrete substrate. To achieve this the following must take place: o Remove (and re-install) all portables concession stands, portable tables, and permanent tables (with anchor bolts) from concourse in accordance to event schedule. o Mask off all concession stands, restrooms, stairs, and floor drains with heavy duty painters’ tape, and plastic sheeting to prevent dust and particle contamination. o Achieve a Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 5 or higher per ICRI guidelines using a minimum of two (2) PCD planetary diamond grinders with industrial HEPA vacuum filtration. o Implement all appropriate dust mitigation procedures. o Vacuum and clean concrete surface thoroughly, removing all contaminants. o Properly and safely remove and dispose of all debris. o Maintain a clean work area and transport all refuse to the TSA provided dumpster on ground level. (Do not overload the dumpsters) o Please note: ALL areas that are not getting coated or prepped are to be fully protected from any destructive damage and dust. • 2.2 Concrete Repair: o Ensure substrates are dry and free of laitance and unsound concrete. o Inspect and repair concrete imperfections (holes, voids, fins). o Grind protrusions smooth and fill voids with system-compatible filler/grout.
