Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) for 22-23-LS Referee Management Services, with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from qualified companies or individuals to provide officiates and scorekeepers for various sport leagues and tournaments. These services will be on an as need basis and will vary throughout the year. Estimated games include, but not limited to: Youth Sports Flag Football: Winter (January & February), Approximately 210 games • 8 Yrs Old and Under: 1 official each game • 10 Yrs Old and Up: 2 Officials each game Baseball: Fall (September to November) and Spring (February to May), Approximately 144 games • 10 Yrs Old and Under: 1 official each game • 12 Yrs Old Up: 2 Officials each game Basketball: Winter (October to December) and Summer (May to August), Approximately 110 games • 8 Yrs Old and Under and 10 Yrs Old and Under: 1 official each game • 12 Yrs Old and Under and 12 Yrs Old and Up: 2 Officials each game
