Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildife's Marine Resources Program is seeking acontractor to implement the community team process for the marine reserve and marineprotected area at Redfish Rocks, with the ultimate goal of developing managementstrategies and an overall management plan for the site. Project work will includeconducting a public process with the Redfish Rocks marine reserves community team,including:a.Developing a work plan for the Redfish Rocks Community Team with specific steps,actions, and schedule to develop a management planb.Developing and implementing a communication strategy with the Redfish Rocks CommunityTeam, and between the team and the general public.c.Coordinating and conducting community team meetingsd.Developing background materials to support community team decision-making, includingscience-based white papers to inform marine reserve goal and objective developmente.Provide for scientific review and support of community team processf.Develop overall marine reserve goals and objectivesg.Develop monitoring programs and plansh.Developing management concepts for the site, and through public process, developmanagement strategies and recommendations for monitoring, outreach, and enforcement.i Writing a management plan
