Specifications include, but are not limited to: The permitted yard waste recycling facility shall be located west of Interstate 4 and within the boundaries of Orange County. The facility shall accept vegetative waste/yard trash hauled by or on behalf of the Orange County Solid Waste Division. The yard waste shall be processed to allow recycling credit for Orange County as defined in Florida State Statute 403.7032. Each load may be inspected upon delivery and the facility shall have the right, with proper notification to Orange County, to reject any delivery containing wastes other than vegetative/yard trash and bagged yard trash. Maintain a minimum hours of operation of 8:00 a.m. – 400 p.m. Monday- Friday, excluding the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday week the facility shall maintain a minimum hours of operations of 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
