Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Coconut Creek is seeking to engage qualified firms to submit a creative Nature Theme (Animal/Butterfly/Insect) Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Accessible Inclusive play space proposal for the Recreation Complex Playground Design, Furnish, and Install project. The project consists of improvements, which include removing the existing playground structures, surfacing, swings, concrete border, enabling handicap accessibility to the playground and installation of all equipment and materials necessary to complete the playground. This park is currently operational and heavily utilized by the community. Time is of essence; therefore, an expedited project schedule is preferred.
