Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. a noncompetitive purchase to RecTrac, LLC, d/b/a Vermont Systems (RecTrac), in the amount of $58,678.05, for three (3) years. This procurement is being made in accordance with the County’s Procurement Policy Section 3-208(16) and is considered a noncompetitive purchase because RecTrac, is the sole source for licensing of all RecTrac software, as well as on-going annual maintenance support, which include periodic software upgrades, immediate software repairs, and unlimited telephone support. The fitness management system offered by RecTrac meets the County’s Innovation and Information Office cybersecurity requirements and has been in use by the Parks & Recreation Department since 2017.
