The Hillsborough County Facilities Management & Real Estate Services Department (FMRES) is seeking to pre-qualify multiple contractors to provide on-demand title report search services for real estate located within Hillsborough County, Florida. The qualified contractors will be invited to submit quotes for specific assignments as needed throughout the term of the contract. No work shall commence until a formal Purchase Order (PO) has been issued by the County and received by the selected contractor. All title search reports must be prepared in accordance with the specifications outlined in Exhibit A (Format for Each Parcel of Title Search Report), Exhibit B (Title Service Company Pre-Qualification Application), and Exhibit C (Commitment for Title Insurance, Schedule B – Section 2). The County reserves the right to issue multiple POs to different pre-qualified contractors based on availability, pricing, and performance.
