The Project should reflect the City’s vision for significant upgrades and potential expansion through thoughtful design, modernizing amenities and repositioning the City of New Port Richey as a world class destination and favored place to live. The primary goal of this project is to become an economic development driver and raise awareness of the region as a prime destination to live, work, learn, and play. The Project will drive hotel occupancy and visitation to the region’s businesses and attractions and ultimately help fill vacant buildings with vibrant businesses. The long-term success of our community depends on well-thought-out, projects that enhance and improve resident and visitor experiences.
