The City of Clermont is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed real estate firms and certified appraisers to provide comprehensive brokerage and appraisal services in support of the City’s property transactions. Services will include market analyses, certified appraisals, property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, negotiations, and transaction management, as well as advisory support to staff and elected officials. Respondents must demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience, hold all required licenses and insurance, and have a proven record of successful work with government, institutional, or equivalent clients. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, licensing, fee structure, and overall responsiveness to the City’s needs.
