Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide new Baldor or Toshiba 350 HP motor and motor to blower coupling (see appendix 1 for details). Provide all necessary tools, labor, equipment, etc. need to remove existing motor and install new motor. Unwire and remove existing motor. Install new blower motor and wire back correctly and check rotation. Replace blower to motor coupling. Contractor will be responsible for aligning blower motor with blower to meet specifications. Contractor is responsible for properly disposing of the old blower motor off site. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining and paying for a qualified Hoffman technician to perform one (1) day start-up and installation verification service of the new blower motor.
