Contractor agrees to provide to the State the following community-based intervention program. The Contractor will work with youth under 18 years of age referred by Probation Officers in Two Program areas: • Community Wide Work Program offering established worksites, multi-passenger activity van/bus, staff supervision at all times, tools and safety equipment and meals. Must also offer skill-building classes including job readiness, anger management, money management, drug/alcohol and tobacco prevention, media literacy, and criminal thinking errors. • Intensive Supervision Program offering 24-hour supervision with electronic monitoring. Must supply electronic monitoring equipment, case management, computer database accessible to probation officers, ability to refer clients to community resources, and working knowledge of court processes. Staff maintains client contact records, visits at home and at school and schedules youth for approved leave from the home.
