The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain bids from qualified, licensed vendors for the construction of the infrastructure and site work for the pump station component of the city’s “Ranches Neighborhood Drainage Improvements” project. The work will include but not be limited to earthwork and drainage improvements associated with the clearing and grubbing, tree and vegetation removal, canal earthwork cut, & fill, soil excavation and haul offsite, ditch bank restoration, ground cover installation, piping, inlet, and endwall installation, construction of a stormwater pump station which will include: an axial flow intake pump for maintenance of canal water elevation and improving water availability for fire-fighting, a stormwater outflow pump for roadway flood protection, construction of an emergency control structure and outflow pipe, and miscellaneous site civil work. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document.
