Demolition will include the complete dismantling and removal of all building structures on said property, including, if necessary, the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials and/or lead-based paint. Any surface holes, sewer taps, wells, or irregularities must be filled and the area graded, seeded, and mulched in such a manner to provide surface drainage and eliminate any ponding of water. Materials for backfill must be free of debris and deleterious material and will be approved by the Code Official. Work will also include the removal of any and all debris that is housed within the structure walls (ex.: old furniture, paper, appliances, lumber, etc.) or outside on the property. A separate unit of pricing will be included on the BID FORM for the deposition of such materials. Should any property damage occur to adjacent property, or existing property not included in the demolition project, the Contractor will be responsible for providing restitution to the affected party
