The Florida Department of Transportation requires the assistance of a Rail Program Services Consultant for the Freight and Rail Office for a wide range of professional engineering, planning, policy, and other technical services to support the Department in conducting its rail activities. The Consultant will be used to augment the Department’s staff resources and will provide qualified technical and professional personnel for the above services, as well as support the Department in the collection and maintenance of railroad crossing data for required reporting, in the development of tools for contract management and information sharing, and in the organization, logistics, and coordination of meetings, workshops, and/or training sessions. The Consultant may be required to provide web services, newsletters, or other communication media.
