Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Florida Department of Health, Division of Disease Control and Health Protection, Bureau of Environmental Public Health, has the need to purchase Short-term Passive Radon Test Kits (Test Kits) for distribution to Florida residents to expand radon testing, mitigation, and data collection in new and existing structures. Services to include analyzing the Test Kits returned to the Provider’s lab, creating and sending laboratory reports, and conducting quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures. In accordance to Chapter 60A-1.045, Florida Administrative Code, the Florida Department of Health, Division of Disease Control and Health Protection, Bureau of Environmental Public Health, requests authorization to purchase short term radon test kits and analyzation as a single source from Radon Testing Corporation of America.
