Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. n September 13, 2021, the City entered into a three year agreement with the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) for ArcGIS software. Due to current server and architecture limitations, the ArcGIS system is not fully integrated with critical City applications such as Table Command (Fire), SmartCOP (Police), Tyler Tech (ERP), and Tyler EAM (Utilities). ROK Technologies would bridge the current limitations by providing several servers, an ArcGIS portal, setting up and migrating of new and already existing spatial SQL databases from file geodatabases to Enterprise Databases, serving data to our enterprise portal and ArcGIS online account for users to access.
