Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon State Lottery Commission ("Lottery") is requesting Proposals for enterpriseresource planning ("ERP") software ("ERP Software") as described in this RFP. Lotteryseeks ERP Software to replace the existing human resources, finance, distribution andprocurement management systems and to incorporate additional Lottery business processes andoutdated systems into an integrated ERP system. The ERP Software must conform to thetechnical and functional specifications and requirements described in this RFP. Lottery'sgoal is to use ERP Software to accomplish the following business objectives:A. Providecontrols for regulatory and business compliance;B. Improveforecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting;C. Improveasset management;D. Improveproductivity and efficiency of business unit's processes and procedures;E. Improvecoordination across functional business units;F. Improvethe coordination between the Lottery's external contractors and the Lottery'sability toplan and pay for their tasks;
