Specifications include, but are not limited to: The site is approximately 5.86 acres and has medium/heavy existing vegetation. Site clearing and infrastructure improvements are required in order to add the new buildings and required site amenities, which may occur in phases. The completed project will require surface parking for approximately 23 employee vehicles, plus an estimated 16 service delivery vehicles and 10 visitors. A loading dock is required to support a new Chemical Storage Building with adequate truck access/circulation. Additional improvements will include equipment storage yards, dedicated landscape and storm water management areas, and other incidentals providing program support and site security. Professional services related to regulatory approvals and permitting is a requirement of the project.
