Specifications include, but are not limited to: SUMMER PERIOD MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (APRIL 1 – OCTOBER 31) A. Weekly Maintenance (1) Mow lawns & grasses at uniform height as determined by COA designee. (2) String trimming adjacent to buildings, stationary objects, fences, tress, poles, playground equipment, structures, etc. (3) Edge paved areas, concrete sidewalks and play areas, landscaped beds. (4) Pickup, remove and properly dispose of trash, tree limbs, leaves, moss, dead vegetation, debris, etc. incidental to mowing maintenance. (5) Blow and remove all tree limbs, leaves, moss, dead vegetation, debris, etc. incidental to blowing maintenance from paved/concrete surfaces. (6) Weed flower/landscaping beds. B. Monthly Maintenance (1) Trim shrubs, plants and hedges shorter than 3 feet (2) Minor tree pruning necessary to keep limbs lifted or trimmed away from sidewalks, light poles and buildings for safety purposes. Tree canopy shall be maintained at eight (8) feet. 6. WINTER PERIOD MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (NOVEMBER 1 – MARCH 31) A. (5) Blow and remove all tree limbs, leaves, moss, dead vegetation, debris, etc. incidental to blowing maintenance from paved/concrete surfaces. (6) Weed flower/landscaping beds.
