Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department is seeking a thirty-two (32) bed Residential Program for boys appropriate for non-secure residential placement, between the ages of fourteen (14) and eighteen (18). The program shall include innovations in delinquency programming and treatment services. Also, the services shall include Substance Abuse Treatment Overlay Services (SAOS), and Mental Health Overlay Services (MHOS), as described in the relevant Office of Health Services (OHS) Attachments, listed below. The Department shall allow for the flexibility of MHOS and SAOS beds, based on the Department’s needs for treatment services. The program shall be in a Respondent-owned/leased building located in the State of Florida. By way of this solicitation, the Department is procuring the following service types: • Substance Abuse Treatment Overlay Services (SAOS) • Mental Health Overlay Services (MHOS) • Intensive Mental Health (IMH) Treatment Services • Comprehensive Treatment Services for Co-Occurring Disorders • Borderline Intellectual Functioning (BIF)/Formerly Borderline Developmental Disability (BDD) Services • Developmental Disability (DD) Treatment Services • Medical Complex Residential Overlay Services • Juvenile Sexual Offender Treatment Services
