The Department is seeking a twenty-eight (28) bed nonsecure residential program Proposal (RFP): for males appropriate for residential placement, between the ages of fourteen (14) and eighteen (18). Program services are to include innovations in delinquency programming and treatment services, as described in Attachment A, Services Sought, Attachment A-1, Health and Nursing Services, and all additional or relevant Office of Health Services (OHS) Attachments.
