Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor/Vendor to provide all the labor, materials and equipment to complete the following:. Repair and clear 4” clay storm water line. Break is about 140’ away from end of line. The line runs under the Library entrance out to grassy area where the break is, the line is about 5’ deep in this area. 2. Jett line to insure line is clear and flowing. Return ground to its previous state (grass) after work is done. All contractor/vendor must comply with County security policy or pay for County Security services. All contractor/vendor are required to follow all CAL/OSHA standards. 6. All insurance must comply with County of San Diego policies. Copy of insurance company coverage r. Prevailing wages are in effect for this and all County of San Diego projects. All contractor/vendor must complete and return a “Release of Liability”/”Minor Contract Involving Labor” form, signed in ‘BLUE’ ink, and deliver forms to County Representative prior to start of work
