Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor’s service requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Providing the Services at the Lena Road Landfill, located at 3333 Lena Road, Bradenton, FL 34211. B. Providing all equipment necessary to recover and recycle refrigerants. C. Performing the Services between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, except the third Saturday of each month and the following holidays: 1. New Year's Day 2. Memorial Day 3. Independence Day 4. Labor Day 5. Thanksgiving Day 6. Christmas Day D. Maintaining a current Refrigerant Reclaimers Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). E. Being responsible for the removal and disposal of refrigerants from white goods and small appliances from the Lena Road Landfill. F. Protecting persons and property from injury and damage. G. Being responsible for all damage and injury caused to persons and property that occurs as a result of the Contractor’s fault or negligence. H. Responding to service request within 72 hours, including emergency events. I. Ensuring that all work complies with all Federal, State, Local, and Manatee County Ordinances, Orders, Codes, Laws, Rules, Regulations, Directives, and Guidelines. J. Following EPA Regulations for ozone-safe service practices including recovery and recycling of refrigerants.
