Specifications include, but are not limited to: The permitted yard waste recycling facility shall be located west of Interstate 4 and within the boundaries of Orange County. The facility shall accept vegetative waste/yard trash hauled by or on behalf of the Orange County Solid Waste Division. The yard waste shall be processed to allow recycling credit for Orange County as defined in Florida State Statute 403.7032. Each load may be inspected upon delivery and the facility shall have the right, with proper notification to Orange County, to reject any delivery containing wastes other then vegetative/yard trash and bagged yard trash. Although a majority of the estimated tonnage would be delivered on Wednesdays, normal hours of operation shall be maintained at a minimum of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays in the residential franchise hauler contract Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
