Proposer may, at their option, bid on any one or more Board-owned locations, and shall provide a response that includes a capital improvement project and the creation of a recreational program tailored to the needs and interests of students, school administrators, and the wider community. The general scope of the proposal should include, but is not limited to: i. Renovation of sports fields, courts, and playgrounds. ii. Installation of new equipment or amenities. iii. Construct or upgrades to existing facilities; iv. The capital improvement budget must be a minimum of $50,000 ; Potential revenue-generating opportunities for the bidder include: v. Youth Sports Leagues, Clinics and Tournaments; vi. After-School Programs; vii. Summer Camps; viii. Concession Stands
