The City of Orange City is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to reconstruct portions of Monastery Road that were washed out during Hurricane Milton. The rehabilitation involves driveway reconstructions, over excavation as necessary, structural backfill, miscellaneous structures to prevent future washouts, and pavement restoration. Contractors must refer to the associated ITB drawings titled “Attachment A – Drawings for Monastery Road”. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all documents have been downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a bid. This is a Federally assisted construction project, requiring compliance with Appendix II to the Uniform Rules (Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards) as detailed under 2 C.F.R. § 200.317 – 200.327.
