The Consultant shall make available the necessary personnel, facilities, and materials to perform the required services through its own employees, joint venture employees, or employees of subcontractors. The Consultant shall be required to provide Right of Way support services including, but not be limited to the following services: A. Quality Assurance Program B. Acquisition Services C. Cost Estimating Services D. Production Control E. Relocation Services F. Records Management Services G. Project Scheduling Services H. Architectural Services I. Environmental Assessment Services J. General Contractor Services K. Land Planner Services L. Traffic Engineering Services M. Audio - Visual Services N. Engineering Services O. Appraisal Services P. Property Management Services
