The selected A/E shall assist in the acquisition of all property needed to complete the project and provide any legal descriptions, exhibits, or other documents required to acquire any and all properties including but not limited to, right-of-way, easements, and property purchases. The A/E will be responsible for acquiring any survey, if not provided by the County, and it must meet the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards as set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers. The design shall meet all required current standards and specifications including, but not limited to, Escambia County Technical Specification, Safe Routes to School (SRTS), Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Public Rights-OfWay Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG), Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Florida Green Book and the latest addition of Design Standards.
