It is the purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Services (PS) to engage a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified consulting engineering firm (hereinafter referred to as the CONSULTANT) must provide pre-qualification for 2.0 Project Development Environmental Studies, to provide professional Project Development & Environment (PD&E) services for: The extension of Quintette Road West - Phase 2 (CR184), will be designed as a two-lane roadway, west from Woodland Hill Subdivision to the future Woodland Parkway intersection, approximately 1.0 miles in length. The extension will feature a new rural roadway with 12-foot travel lanes, 5-foot paved shoulders, stormwater conveyance, a 10-foot multiuse path and a crossing at Jacks Branch.
